Hi, my name is Sarah, I’m a Birthlight trained Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mum Baby Yoga teacher and I have been teaching antenatal classes and postnatal classes in Northwich since 2013.

I’m also a mum of two boys, wife and hatha yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher. I started practising yoga over 20 years ago and yoga really helped me through both of my pregnancies. It was a fantastic aid for the journey of labour and birth and through the postnatal period where I discovered yoga for parents and babies. I began teaching in 2013 because I wanted to pass on to others the benefits I had gained from making yoga a part of my own life.

My qualifications include Birthlight, To Baby and Beyond, Yoga Alliance, Yoga Nidra Network and I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Pregnancy Yoga includes mindful movement, calming breathing techniques, empowering birth preparation tools,  practical birth skills, and deep relaxation - and a chance to meet and share experience with other mums-to-be.

Mum & Baby Yoga is a lovely combination of postnatal movement and yoga to aid recovery for mums, and gentle baby yoga movements for baby with songs and rhymes to support their development.

Our Antenatal Birth Skills Workshop is for you and your birth partner to practise and prepare positively for birth whether that is in hospital or at home, with interventions or a natural birth. We give you confidence in your birth choices and as a small group class we can individualise the session to your needs.

My classes are a safe and welcoming space to meet other new parents and share experience. No previous yoga experience is needed for any of my classes.
