I'm Jess, a local psychotherapist specialising in both perinatal/parental mental health, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I provide individual support from before pregnancy, through birth and the perinatal period, right through to finding themselves during parenthood.

I can work on trauma birth planning, managing intrusive thoughts in the postnatal period, and navigating relationship and identity changes as a parent.

As a mum of two young neurodivergent children and someone navigating parenting with chronic health conditions, I also work with parents on similar journeys so they feel less alone. I am looking to start some wellbeing groups for new mums to connect and learn how to navigate early motherhood and will also look into other useful groups in the future.

I am happy to provide free resources and drop in sessions around perinatal mental health for anyone providing services to expectant and new parents, and would love to link in with local maternity services too.
