A super easy way to visit the beach, as a Mum I know its hard carrying everything you need onto the beach. At Ainsdale Beach you can pay to park physically on the beach!

And if you have a camper, you can park up and live out the camper for the day - what absolute bliss!

As of 29-06-2026 - Sefton Council website says:

'On-beach car parking at Ainsdale Beach (Shore Road, PR8 2PZ) operates from 1st April to 30th September. The standard daily rate is £10 per car (£5 after 4pm), and £16 for minibuses or horseboxes. Blue Badge holders and Sefton/electric vehicle season ticket holders can park for free.'
